Complaint Visit Charges:

• 1500 PKR (Fixed charges for complaint visits)
  Our team will visit your site to inspect and troubleshoot the issue. The visit charges are standard, but may vary depending on location and the type of issue encountered.Note: In some cases, the complaint visit charge may be reduced based on location or the complexity of the issue.

CCTV Camera Installation Service Charges:

Analog Camera Installation:

• 1000 PKR per camera (Including open wiring)
  This charge covers the installation of analog CCTV cameras, which includes mounting the camera, running open wiring, and setting up basic connectivity. Advanced services may incur additional charges.

IP Camera Installation:

• 1500 PKR per camera (Including open wiring)
  For IP cameras, installation includes configuring network settings, connecting the cameras to your network, and ensuring proper functionality. The charge includes open wiring and basic setup. Additional configuration requirements may incur extra costs.

Additional Charges:

Pipes or Ducts Installation:
If camera installation requires the use of pipes or ducts for running cables, extra charges will apply depending on the complexity and materials used. These additional charges will be assessed on-site and quoted before work begins.
